Receive insured international patients, with payment guaranteed
EGS coordinates care for members of international insurers, TPAs and travel assistance companies. Every day we route patients to hospitals, clinics, doctors and home-care teams we trust. Joining our network puts your facility on that list.
Why providers work with EGS
- Referred, insured patients — travellers, expatriates and policyholders sent to you by our 24/7 desk.
- A written guarantee of payment — covered treatment is backed by a GOP, so patients are treated cashless.
- One coordinator per case — clear instructions, policy limits explained, and someone to call at any hour.
- Clean paperwork — we collect medical reports and invoices in a consistent format, which speeds up settlement.
Who we are looking for
- Hospitals, day-surgery centres, clinics and polyclinics

- Individual specialists and general practitioners
In the UAE we work across all seven emirates. Outside the UAE, Eagle Group partners already route cases to cities such as Berlin, Vienna, Istanbul, London, Madrid, Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur, and we welcome applications from providers in those and other destinations.

Frequently asked questions
Who can join the EGS provider network?
Licensed hospitals, clinics and medical centres, house-call and home-care operators, ambulance services, laboratories, pharmacies and individual doctors — in the UAE and, through Eagle Group, in other countries where our partners send cases.
How are patients referred to us?
Our coordinators route insured patients from international insurers, TPAs and assistance companies to the provider that best fits the case, location and policy.
How does payment work?
For covered treatment we issue a written guarantee of payment (GOP) before or during treatment, and settle against it after invoice review — so patients can be treated without paying upfront.
What do you need from us to apply?
Your facility details, licence (issuing authority and number), the services you offer, and a contact for case referrals and billing. Our network team will follow up with the agreement and onboarding steps.
